Questions answered before you ask them.
Here are the first things that come to mind for a patient travelling from abroad. If there is something you cannot find an answer to, write to us — we reply the same day.
About the procedures
The six most frequently asked questions — liposuction, facelift, hair transplantation and breast aesthetics.
What is liposuction surgery and who is it usually suitable for?
Liposuction is a body contouring procedure designed to remove localised fat deposits that do not respond to diet or exercise. Rather than achieving weight loss, it helps improve shape and proportion.
Candidates are usually individuals close to a stable weight who are looking for smoother contours and better defined body areas.
How long does a facelift last and what affects its longevity?
Although natural ageing continues, the results of a facelift can remain visible for many years. Longevity depends on skin quality, genetics, lifestyle habits and sun exposure.
Maintaining a healthy routine and appropriate skincare can help preserve a refreshed appearance and slow the visible signs of facial ageing over time.
How does a hair transplant work, from consultation to final results?
A hair transplant is a procedure in which strong hair follicles are taken from one part of the scalp and placed in areas affected by hair loss. These follicles settle into their new area and grow naturally.
Over time the results emerge, with direction, density and placement designed to match the surrounding hair.
How long do breast implants last and when might they need replacing?
Breast implants are durable by design, but they are not permanent solutions. Some patients remain happy for many years, while others choose to have them replaced as styles change, as ageing occurs, or as the condition of the implant comes to require attention.
Ongoing medical appointments help monitor implant integrity and maintain good breast health.
How long does recovery from breast augmentation take before normal activities can resume?
Most people can manage gentle activity a few weeks after surgery, although swelling and tightness may persist. These changes gradually subside. Full recovery usually takes several months as the tissues settle.
Following the post-operative care instructions closely supports smoother healing and stable long-term results.
What should be avoided after breast augmentation to support proper healing?
Intense exercise and pressure on the chest area should be avoided. Habits such as smoking, alcohol use or missed follow-up care can affect healing.
Following medical instructions supports safer healing and a gentler recovery overall. During the early recovery period, patients are usually advised to avoid heavy lifting.
The process and the arrangements
What we do as an intermediary institution, pricing and choosing a doctor.
Is Neda Deniz a clinic or a hospital?
Neither. Neda Deniz is an international health tourism and travel agency holding health tourism authorisation certificate no. AK-1032 from the Turkish Ministry of Health. We do not perform the surgery ourselves; we set up and manage the process on your behalf with partner hospitals and doctors in Istanbul.
This distinction matters: we tell you openly from the outset which doctor will carry out the treatment and at which institution the procedure will take place.
How does the process work?
The process runs in seven steps: our patient contacts a consultant, the most suitable solution for their situation is determined, the cost of the entire process is calculated, the formalities for entry to Türkiye begin, the hospital appointment is arranged, flights and accommodation are planned, and a VIP transfer takes the patient to the hospital where the treatment will take place.
How many countries do you accept patients from?
We act as an intermediary for patients from more than 30 countries. The company's founder, Neda Deniz, holds the title of sworn translator, which means language and official document matters are also covered by our advisory service.
Is a preliminary assessment carried out before treatment?
Yes. We take details of your request and your current situation, and assess which procedure and which specialist are right for you. The preliminary consultation is free of charge and does not commit you to having a procedure.
If an expectation is unrealistic, we tell you so openly.
How is the price determined?
The price varies according to the procedure, the doctor, the materials used and the length of the hospital stay. Once the treatment plan is settled, the cost of the entire process is calculated as a single figure and sent to you in writing.
Whether items such as flights, accommodation and transfers are included in the package is also stated clearly at this stage.
Do I know in advance which doctor I will be working with?
Yes. The name, specialism and procedures of our partner specialist doctors are clear from the outset. After the consultation, the doctor you will work with is decided once their suitability for you has been assessed.
Accommodation, transport and afterwards
Transfers, hotels and follow-up once you are back in your own country.
Is a transfer from the airport provided?
Yes. We provide a welcome service on arrival and take you directly to your hotel or clinic. A VIP transfer option with premium vehicles and experienced drivers is also available for maximum comfort.
Where will I stay?
You stay at carefully selected hotels close to our partner hospitals and clinics: Divan İstanbul City, Milord Hotel, Hotel Boursier, Hotel Triada, DoubleTree by Hilton Gayrettepe, Time Hotel and Best Fulya Suites.
What can I do in my free time outside treatment?
Between your appointments we arrange a guided tour of Istanbul along carefully selected routes. The programme is planned to suit your recovery.
Does contact continue once I am back in my own country?
Yes. Post-operative check-ups and contact after the patient returns home are part of the process. Our network of partner doctors was built on working relationships spanning years, not on one-off referrals, so if a problem arises it is clear who is responsible.
Can't find the answer to your question here?
Tell us about your situation and we will carry out an assessment for you, free of charge. The preliminary conversation does not commit you to having a procedure.
